Amos Jaimes Program & Data Manager Amos Jaimes is a program and data manager for ProX at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where he is responsible for leading the project management efforts and is the primary resource for collecting, analyzing, and reporting program data to support organizational decision-making. Previously, Jaimes served as a Kauffman Foundation intern researching nonprofit organizational effectiveness and capacity-building funding. Jaimes earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and history from the University of Missouri, his Master of Educational Studies from the University of Oklahoma, and is pursuing his Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri–Kansas City as part of the school’s Bloch Mentorship Program. Jaimes previously served as a diversity peer educator at the University of Missouri, and was a member of the diversity, inclusion, and equity advisory board at the University of Oklahoma.
