Ann Hackett, Ph.D. Senior Learning, Development, and Talent Analyst Dr. Ann Hackett is a senior learning, development, and talent analyst in Talent & Culture for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she conceptualizes an associate growth strategy and coordinates and manages talent attraction and retention. Concurrently to her work with the Kauffman Foundation, Dr. Hackett is president of HumanRoot, LLC, an organization that focuses on providing solutions for people strategies that drive organizational success. She is the chief learning and engagement officer for Bloch School Executive education programs, where she engages with current and prospective clients to develop customized education programs. Dr. Hackett is also an executive coach for the UMKC Bloch School Executive MBA program, where she develops and teaches leadership development programs for open enrollment and custom corporate programs. Previously, Dr. Hackett was an executive director in learning and organizational development for DineEquity, Inc., where she established the learning and organizational development function and developed its strategies and programs for more than 200,000 team members globally. Dr. Hackett has a Ph.D. and a Master in Science in industrial-organizational psychology from Kansas State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Central Michigan University.
