Crystal Everett Program Leader Crystal Everett is a program leader – school engagement in Operating Programs for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she works collaboratively with the Real World Learning team, local educators, business partners, and other stakeholders in Kansas City to prepare students and employers for the future. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Everett was a real world learning manager with the Kansas City Public School District. Everett earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in sociology and journalism / mass communication from Drake University, and her Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Northern Arizona University. She serves on the boards of Pete’s Garden and Start at Zero, is a member of the Black Achievers Society of Greater Kansas City and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and is an alum of the Centurions Leadership Program of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce.
