Diaysha Cole Program Manager Diaysha Cole is a program manager – FastTrac in Operating Programs for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she leads curriculum-based program operations to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the business skills and insights, tools, resources, and peer networks to start and grow successful businesses. She also ensures Kauffman FastTrac® affiliate standards are upheld and assigned project-based programs adhere to established schedules, specifications, and budgets. Prior to joining the Foundation, COle was the behavioral health admissions and assessment supervisor with the University of Kansas Health System Marillac. Her professional experience includes curriculum development and training management. Diaysha is an Air Force active-duty veteran and currently serves in the Air Force Reserves. She is a certified licensed professional counselor in Kansas and Missouri, and a certified personal trainer, who volunteers to mentor graduate level mental health therapists and coach basketball at the Blue Valley Rec Sports Complex. Cole earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Tuskegee University, her Master of Science in health care management from Trident University in Cypress, California, and her Master of Arts in counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
