Erin Terry is an executive administrative assistant in Research, Learning, and Evaluation for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she provides executive-level administrative and project management support to the chief research, learning, and evaluation officer.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Terry was was an executive assistant supporting the administrative support team with FedEx and worked as chief of staff to the vice president of facilities management at WeWork. Her professional experience includes supporting executives, streamlining processes to improve productivity, and overseeing projects and initiatives.

Terry earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Carroll College in Helena, Montana.
