Julie Samuel-Lamberd Operations Analyst Julie Samuel-Lamberd is an operations analyst for 1 Million Cups and Kauffman FastTrac at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of both programs, ensuring seamless processes across onboarding, event management, technology support, and customer service. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Samuel-Lamberd was a global EHS program manager with Zoom Video Communications. Samuel-Lamberd earned her Bachelor of Arts in business administration, enterprise management from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. She serves as treasurer on the board of directors for Kansas City Oasis, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating community for secular humanists.
