Keeley Waugh Operations Manager Keeley Waugh is an operations manager of the Kauffman Foundation Conference Center at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. She is responsible for overseeing facilities, security, and food services to ensure smooth operations and budget management for the Foundation as well as overseeing the daily operations and budget of the Conference Center. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Waugh was a meeting planner with Cushman & Wakefield and worked at the Kauffman Foundation Conference Center, where she provided strategic leadership with clients to ensure successful events, remained a point-of-contact for clients to ensure deadlines were met, and provided guidance regarding appropriate meeting spaces and assets. Earlier, Waugh was an event coordinator at Epic Entertainment, A Starlight Theatre Company, where she coordinated weddings, fundraisers, galas, and corporate events at Starlight Theatre and around Kansas City. Waugh holds a Bachelor of Science in journalism from the University of Kansas.
