Kim Farley Senior Manager Kim Farley is a senior manager in Technology for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she is responsible for digital operations and support, ensuring the Foundation’s digital channels are stable and provide the best experiences to deliver communications and to interact with our audiences. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Farley was a senior project manager on the Foundation account with Tallgrass Technologies, where she provided project estimates and managed the budget/forecasting, agreements, and invoicing, and was responsible for support of the Foundation’s web platforms and processes, including new design and development, testing of new functionality and enhancements, and managing content. Earlier, Farley worked on a number of recognizable brand accounts as a technical engagement lead for VML, the largest digital agency in Kansas City. She started her career working for Marion Labs. Farley also is a visual artist with a passion for art, design, and portrait photography, as well as web design and development. She earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in business administration and computer information systems, both from the University of Central Missouri.
