Lara Arnold Impact Coordinator Lara Arnold is an impact coordinator at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she manages a portfolio of grants focused on researcher engagement and network building. She develops opportunities for engaging academic organizations and supporting early-career scholars through a variety of professional development activities. She seeks to build connections with a wide range of disciplines conducting research relevant to entrepreneurship and works to diversify the pipeline of entrepreneurship scholars. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Arnold was a marketing specialist at Clinical Reference Laboratory.
