Matthew J. Condon As an entrepreneur for more than 15 years and former chair of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Matthew J. Condon has played an integral role in the Kansas City business community. He currently serves as the chief executive officer of Bardavon Health Innovations, LLC, a company he launched in 2014 to disrupt the Workers’ Compensation marketplace. In 2003, Condon founded his first company, ARC Physical Therapy+, which has grown to become one of the largest physical therapy clinics in the Midwest. Under Condon’s leadership and direction, ARC Physical Therapy+ was named a Mr. Kauffman Small Business of the Year in 2010, chosen as a Champion of Business in the Kansas City Business Journal from 2011 to 2013, and recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work” by the Kansas City Business Journal in 2012 and 2013. For the past year, Condon served as chair of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. In 2017, he was unanimously voted to the Chamber’s Board, becoming the youngest chair in the organization’s 130-year history. Since 2014, Condon has been included on the “Power 100” list published in the Kansas City Business Journal. He is also a member of the “40 under 40” club by Ingram’s Magazine. Condon holds a bachelor’s in exercise science from Iowa State University, an MBA from the University of Toledo, and a JD in healthcare law from the University of Toledo College of Law.
