Meaghan Higgins Director Meaghan Higgins is a director of operations for Real World Initiatives, where she works to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the ProX program, a key initiative of Real World Initiatives, which includes overseeing key program administrative functions, resource management, program execution, and reporting. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Higgins was executive director for Kansas State College Advising Corps at Kansas State University. Earlier, Higgins served as a postsecondary advisor with Kauffman Scholars, a Kauffman Foundation college access and scholarship program, where she helped high school juniors and seniors prepare for and attend colleges and universities. Higgins earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Missouri and Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. She is a board member of Heartland Chamber Music and a volunteer with the Girl Scouts.
