Rhonda Swails

Rhonda Swails is a financial planning and analysis manager in Finance & Grants Administration for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she provides collaborative internal consultancy services to the program staff regarding grantmaking and budget processes.

Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Swails was a senior director in the Technical Project Management Office (PMO) for Ascend Learning, where she led 16 program managers, project managers, and analysts who were responsible for collaborating with other departments in the organization. Earlier, Swails was a manager in Finance at Sprint, where she managed teams of four analysts responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting gross adds and expenses. Swails is a certified Scrum product owner and was a multi-year winner of the Sprint Excellence Award.

Swails has a Bachelor of Science in accounting with a minor in quantitative business analysis from Missouri State University.
