Robert Sagastume Impact Officer Robert Sagastume is an impact officer – college access and completion for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where he manages a diverse grant portfolio which as a shared goal of fostering financial stability, upward mobility, and economic prosperity for under-resourced communities in the Kansas City region. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Sagastume was a community impact officer with the Hispanic Development Fund. Sagastume earned his Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Kansas, his Master of Social Work: Social Economic Development with a specialization in management and policy, and a Master of Social Policy from Washington University in Saint Louis. Sagastume is a school board member for the Kansas City Public School District and is involved with the Missouri College and Career Attainment Network and the Advocates for Immigrant Rights and Reconciliation.
