Suzanne Stluka, Ph.D. Director, Evaluation Suzanne Stluka, Ph.D., is a director of evaluation in Research, Learning, and Evaluation for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she provides leadership for all evaluation-related initiatives and facilitation of grantmaking program evaluation to inform program assessment. Prior to joining the Foundation, Dr. Stluka was the deputy director for the Institute of Food Safety and Nutrition, which is part of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) National Institute of Food and Agriculture. Dr. Stluka received her Bachelor of Science degrees in Family and Consumer Sciences Education and Nutrition from South Dakota State University, her Master of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Eastern Illinois University, and earned her Ph.D. in Human Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
